本經驗適（shì）用於（yú）以下兩種情況：

1、係統自動自檢完畢，剛進入進入windows讀條狀態，即彈出下圖內容，時間不足一秒，然後又進入重啟（qǐ）、自檢狀態，如此反複（WindowsXP較（jiào）常見）；

2、係統啟動中，出現藍屏（WIN7較常見）

步驟/方法

啟動係統（tǒng），進行Bioses，在（zài）Bioses的System相關選項裏，將AHCI改（gǎi）為ATA或其它（tā）選項即可，保存設置，重新啟動計算機。
